BIG DAY COUNTDOWN : 60 DAYS

I really do not wish to switch to Bridezilla mode, but ikahwin is kind of automatically switching it on. So to avoid bg an unbearable customer, i had to ask Fatboy for help. So him bg the nicest fiance ever, he helped me call and hopefully i will get the amended designs soon. Its almost mid month already, printing itself takes 2 weeks, so please tell me how is it gg to be ready before christmas?

Wedding preps all almost done now. What happened yesterday?

- Verification of Documents at ROMM 

It really wasnt as scary as i thought it will be. It barely took 2 mins to get it done! Wasted my nervousness on this thing seriously. 

- Wedding Fitting!!!!

This was the one thing i was looking forward to the moment i was informed of the date. And when the day finally come, i really couldnt contain my excitement. Actually i did lah, tkkan nak terlompat-lompat everywhere right. I fell in love with so many of the pieces but since i can only pick 4... sedih sekejap. Settled on the pieces which i loved and all done. Next up, final fitting on January! Ini lagi exciting!

- Shoe Shopping

I honestly already had a vision of how i want my wedding shoe to be; open toed, chunky heels, and must be shiny. But unfortunately, i couldnt find one that had all those characteristic. Either its shiny but those standard heels, or its chunky but not shiny. And thn.... i saw the perfect one, Miraculously, its not even shiny, or has chunky heels! But the moment i tried it on, it just felt right. Ape lagi, beli lah.

- Deco and Catering

Settled the menu for the solemnization and sanding. Changed quite abit here and there. Actually more like changed alot so that we could cater to all the cerewet eaters aka me, eventhough i wont really be able to eat much. I even asked for fruit tart despite the fact that by the time i get to eat it, mungkin dah habis. So whoever gets to eat it, plese enjoy it for me. If not, keep some for me okay? Also picked the design for my dais and colour for the deco. I actually had a colour in mind, but i had to rethink the whole thing bcos one of my sanding outfit is the same colour. I really do not wish to be camouflaged with the dais. So decided to just scrap that idea and picked an entirely diff colour. 

And today, i booked my bridal henna. This was one of the things that totally slipped my mind until like a few minutes ago. Didnt even bother to look around, got a recommendation from my unoffical wedding planner (my dearest kakct), and booked it straight. 

Next up will be looking for the bunga telor which will be nxt week, plus the collection of the card before christmas (cross fingers!!) and delivery of my berkat boxes within this month. And i think that will be all! Omg all the preps are almost coming to an end. Wah how fast does all this seem.

Wait, that is not all. I have yet to clean up my room. Havent decided the colour to paint the room. I havent even decided where to get the bed and wardrobe. Why does all this important things keep slipping my mind? Hopefully i'll get all this done latest by the end of January. If not pn.. Fatboy can squeeze on the single bed with me. But im pretty sure i will end up on the floor the nxt day seeing how a fighter he is when it comes to sleeping. I think that is all? I didnt make a to do list when we decided to get married, we just thought about going with the flow, Now it doesnt seem to work bcos i am definitely forgetting alot of things along the way. Too late for a to do list honestly.

Its really nice to know that my family and friends are all excited for my big day. Seeing how much they want to get involved really amazes me. I have always wanted to make this into a wedding with those gotong royong type of thing, and my family really is somehow making that wish come true.
